Our client is a leading company in the Korean Razor, Razor Blade, Kitchen Knife and Stationery Cutter, has been manufacturing and exporting the highest quality of the blades since 1955.

The company has many factories in Korea, China, Mexico, and Vietnam, and many global sales branches in USA, Mexico, UK, Dubai, Japan, China, and Vietnam. We are holding the largest market share in Korean and exporting the wide ranges of products to about 100 countries over the world.

Mô tả công việc

• Propose business strategy & yearly/quarterly planning for MT channel
• Develop, organize category management, proposal and promotion plan for MT channel sales activities
• Collect market intelligence & key competitors’ activities to revise sales plans accordingly
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive performance
• Manage sales plans and work closely with cross functions to ensure target is realized & achieved
• Coach and lead MT team for best performance and career development
• Review and provide demand forecast with assumptions, and conduct root course analysis to take actions
• Perform other job-related as assigned

Yêu cầu chung

+ Male/ Female < 36 years old

+ 4 years college course graduated, major related to Sales

+ Have 4-5 years working in MT channel

+ Professional for MT market sales.

+ Leadership to manage sales team

+ Strong responsibility, Positive, Challenging, Passionate, Harmonious

+ Eager to objective achievement

+ Interpersonal communication & Negotiation skills.

+ Ability to build & maintain good relationship with customer.

+ Fit in well with colleges.

+ Export of MS office, reporting, sales & statistical data analysis, sale planning.

+ English skill: Advanced

+ Data management skill

+ Possible to go to Business trip
